Microbit Makecode offline version (Mac OSX)

We have compiled the pxt-microbit source from ground up and make a offline electron binding.
This is very suitable for classroom usage with slow or limit network environment.

There is couple benefit to use a offline makecode edition:

• No internet connection required
• Compiled Hex file may direct upload to microbit, no need to select usb mass storage every time
• On site serial port debugger, it is painful to debug over a 5×5 led matrix.
• There is no need to install serial port driver under OSX
